Hakafot Shniyot takes place the night of Chutz La’aretz’s Simchas Torah (Isru Chag in EY). Many places bring musicians and have Hakafot and dancing for a number of hours! There is no problem for someone keeping Yom Tov to go and enjoy him/herself. Just remember, if you are eating the Simchas Torah meal by somebody not to come too late. Try to find out beforehand what time to come (everyone goes to Hakafot so it may be a bit hard to calculate exactly.) Enjoy!

I also don’t think it’s right that one or two posters try to make up there own rules and demand others follow them.
[sticky] threads can be editable. The [sticky] threads currently on the main CR page are also [closed]. Their were threads that were [sticky] but not [closed] (ex. the nightly Dvar Torah thread).
This thread needs real content for it to become [sticky]. And by the way, most people don’t notice [sticky] threads.

True. I like Abie’s other emotional songs but their is something about these three songs that I don’t like. Could be, as a kid I got a distaste for them and now can’t truly appreciate there beauty.
Do you know that it took 5 years to write Memories (Abie’s)? And less then 4 hours to write Who Am I! (Another beautiful Abie song)

CIJ, I’ve been here for some time and don’t “chap” most of the STs. It’s okay. The main point of the CR is not STs and I basically ignore them.
The Frumguy, you are right and I didn’t think about that. But if you want, you can make the ???? before or after ????? to be ???? all ?????.
They are both called “Memories” (Abie’ Memories I don’t really like – too sad. Together with Teardrop and Little Kite. Those three I don’t care for.) MBD’s is a beautiful song! I can listen to it over over! I think everyone has a special someone that they can fit into this song.
Now, I was left with memories, sweet, sweet memories…
