so sorry to read your post. I know how hard it can be, trust me! But did she tell you why she felt that way?
I think its ok to ask questions about yiddishkeit but you have to know that at the end of the day you will not understand and you dont have to understand. you have to follow what we are told to do and thats it!

momma- wow! Make sure to also learn to be nice to yourself and not just beat yourself up! I think the lowest point in my mothers life was when she got 3 tickets for doing nothing! She was driving in a new town and a new car with a new person who was showing her around town. the cop pulled her over for NOTHING and was extremely nasty to her. It was really hard for me- as a little girl- watch my mother in shambles crying at home. I dont think it was the ticket that bothered her so much but more the timing and place and the nasty cop!

I am so confused. I highly doubt the mods are the ones that answer the calls that come into the office and the editors have better things to do than change ppls subtitles.
How can we answer this? take it to a big posek. but I think you should be very honest with them- just like you are being with us and tell them that you dont want to get rich off their insurance you just want to cover your costs. if you maintain that friendliness why should it bother them?
I have both of those and they are really something to watch. I would suggest it to anyone and everyone. I called them up and they sent it to me for $10 (i think….) or you can have someone go into the office in Lakewood and buy it for you then

do you mean you really go to sleep with a dirty face full of makeup? are you that lazy in the morning. the only time i go to sleep with makeup on (besides shabbos and yom tov) is when I leave on the eye makeup but the face part almost never stays really nice

no!!! you dont have to believe me but they learnt that you can read the magazines (its not the issue now about if they are app to read- the issue is if you should read them on shabbos!!!!!!)
i think ZK is a girl who tried a couple of times to be a guy or a guy trying to be a girl. but i do think there are major issues if a guy chooses the name ZK as a screen name

i heard that they specifically tell the girls not to read any magazines. its not the issue with reading the controversial issues but its more like why are you wasting the precious shabbos hours. she lets you read them during the week though, but not on shabbos.

I used to really be addicted (anyone remember those times just a few short days ago) but those days are gone. I love posting here and reading but I find it a big waste of time.

my neighbor lost his hair (little boy) from a virus (I think thats what it is but its common….) he is undergoing treatment now where they sew hairs back into the scalp. costs a pretty penny and takes months and months but he looks great and like a regular healthy kid.
Prince william is losing is hair too and I’m sure money is not stopping him from anything…maybe its his anorexic wife doing it to him

i just spend shabbos with a couple of sem (BJJ) graduates and they told me that their principal told them not to read magazines. its a waste of time to spend shabbos that way. they should read the parsha with rashi if they have time and if they still have time they should read the ramban. i dont get it! aren’t girls allowed to just relax?
