HaRav Shmuel Auerbach, shlita, participated in the protest against the construction in Yaffo today, joining crowds that came on buses from Yerushalayim, Bnei Brak, and Kiryat Sefer to recite tehilim at the site.
In addition to his presence, there was a suspicious object in the area, requiring a bomb removal squad to arrive at the scene.
Construction can be seen going on at full speed at site, as can be seen the photos and videos that were taken behind the security barrier to keep the protesters out.

Now this is what a frum protest should look like. Notice, that when a Gadol Hador shows up there is no violence and it become a true kiddush Hash-m.
pardon my ignorance, but where in shulcan orach or poskim does it say that it is assur to move kevorim? I saw just the opposite in the mishna of shekolim that they used to dig up the kevorim and move the bones to make more room.
So where were all the “frum” protesters when the cemetery was moved in Gush Katif?
