With all due respect how could it be illegal to read hillarys emails that according to Hillary don’t exist
Excuse me judge, this isn’t “reporting on the progress of an ongoing investigation”‘ but it’s clearly “reopening” a closed one. The public does not need to know about a state of an ongoing investigation, and thus it’s illigal, but they do need to know that this nominee IS under investigation.
If a regular citizen would commit such a crime they would prob be in jail
