So now the American version of Hugo Chavez says that if you do not support him you should never be able to run for public office. It should be rather obvious that this man is a dangerous authoritarian fascist.
#2: He’s pointing out they broke their word. It’s not simply “because they wouldn’t vote for him,” as you wrote. It’s because they signed and then went back on their word.
Granted, Trump never says the same thing twice either, but that’s a different argument. This doesn’t make him like Hugo Chavez at all.
He’s a kook, he’s dangerous, he’s a racist and/or a bigot. He might even wind up being a dangerous fascist. But this is not the place to draw proof of those things from.
