his buddy be blasio has yet to comment on the terror attack or the kids beat up in crown heights. so is greenfield supporting the renaissance of the JDL?
I grew up around guns. Still shoot on a regular basis. Took karate etc.
I don’t support this viewpoint.
Bottom line, gun ownership fills you with a sense of “koach vetzem yudi”, a sense of I’m in control of my destiny.
Which al pi mussar, is not the message of our religion.
Sure, if we lived in a truly dangerous environment its logical, but thats not the case in america.

Clearly none of you listened to the video.
He was speaking about the need for educators to teach students in yeshiva how to defend israel on campus in light of recent anti-israel movements on university campuses (including here in NYC), in addition to the limudei kodesh and chol that they already know.
