Someone should remind Newt that a study done about 18 months ago by a professor at one of the big law schools showed that more republican elected officials were convicted of felonies and sent to jail than Dems…not sure how scientific the results were but my sentiment is that they are all crooks but Dems may be smarter about how they steal our money.
Given that Newt was the first Speaker of the House to be reprimanded by the House for an ethics violation, it’s more than a little ironic that he’s harping about others’ corruption.
