Why is it that I have a friend in Israel that was severely injured while at the beach in Tel Aviv (it was a separate all male beach) and when he called Hatzolah they said it would be 500 Shekel and then when he called MDA they said it would be a 30 minute wait? Why is it that the response time is better in America than in Israel?
To #1 – I was involved in a tarible accident with multiple injuries on a highway near Netanya and both Hatzolah and MDA where called and both arrived instantly and working together very professionally! treating first the very il and then the lightly wounded
