Following the shuttering of most public transportation over the weekend as Winter Storm Jonas became Blizzard 2016, partial service to above ground MTA subway service to Brooklyn is restored, albeit on a local track delayed schedule.

Maybe they can clear the Q train now by Ave J. Its easy to clear when ur dumping snow on cars and streets below not so easdy when the tracks are on the ground…
