i don’t believe that these are Breslov Chasidim, nor that this is in Ukraine. For one, the letters are Latin not the Eastern letters used in Ukrine. 80 Years ago Ukraine would be living under Stalin. This is not Ukraine.
To be precise, that is Hungary, toward the border with Roumania. You can easily tell that by the fur hats (astrakhan, typical of that area), by the Latin characters and by the uniforms of the gendarmes Y’SH.
