How can you be motzi shem ra and violate 17 lavin, 14 esin, and 5 arurin by accusing an ehrlicher Yid (Eli Yishai) of something he claims he did not do (leak the video to the press) and there is absolutely no evidence to the contrary.
Just write that a video was leaked to the press etc.
