I live in boro park. I wasn’t aware there was a housing crisis. And I wasn’t aware that people plan on moving away and leaving this place deserted (unless Moshiach comes). Im glad I watched that video. Now I have one more thing to be scared about lol.
R’ Nachman is a Real Estate Attorney for most of the Heimishe developers and investors. He understands their special needs and the entire scope of difficulties that arise, addressing them with professionalism and expertise.

A politician who sends posters to my mailbox, attacking his opponent , is immature, not professional, and doesn’t get my vote.

and if we have a housing crises just wait till the big monstrosity goes up next door to shop rite on Dahill road which our wonderful Politian ( who was working for the developers) got approved against his promise to the community
in addition just think of adding another 2000 units with 2000 plus cars in the already congested streets of bp, it will take you 3 hours to get across bp, let alone the additions parking issues. and additional busses needed for all those wonderful children. we need to expand to other neighborhoods
Reb nachman caller is an attorney specializing in converting apartments into condominums! !! How many thousands of apartments did he convert to condos taking them off the market for the middle class You want to know who is responsible for the housing CRISIS!!!???
