WATCH: Crown Heights Bully Targets Young Jewish Girls On Eastern Parkway

b[VIDEO IN EXTENDED ARTICLE]

Two girls were walking on Eastern Parkway from Kingston Avenue towards Albany Avenue when a man walking in the opposite direction bumped into one of them, knocking her off her feet, in what appears to be an intentional act of mischief. The girls were frightened and immediately ran home to tell their parents. The Parents called the Crown Heights Shmira hotline and Shmira members were quickly dispatched to the location. An extensive and thorough canvass was performed, but the perpetrator had fled the area.

Shmira Members brought the complainant down to the 71st Pct to fill out a report and an investigation is underway. Shmira Members also obtained the surveillance footage of the incident to help with the investigation and we are posting it here for the public’s benefit.

  1. 1. Deliberately hitting someone is “assualt and battery” and is a felony. It is not “bullying”. It may also violate the civil rights law since it was an apparent attempt based on race to deny someone use of public streets.

    2. A refusal of the District Attorney to seek an indictment from a Grand Jury if motivated by race could constitute state action, and allow for a a federal civil rights lawsuit.
