I would suspect this is a good way for a hospital to lose its license. Who would want chickens that are full of germs near newborn infants?
Is this really necessary?
1. Its pashut. If something is posted that will only cause people to make choyzik of it and the minhag, they might as well make a false claim about it’s origins as well.
