Three young boys are seen walking up New York Avenue between Crown and Carroll Streets when one of them bends down, picks up a rock and throws it at a passing car. The car sustained damage to the windshield and a police report was filled. This is one of a few incidents that occurred this past week involving young boys throwing rocks at houses and passing vehicles.

They shouldnt be too hard to track down. They (at least one of them) are obviously from a school that requires neck ties as partof their dress code.

Correction: Young “BLACK” boys were throwing rocks. No comment from Mayor Sharpton yet.
Also, the one who threw the rocks put his hands on both a parked car and the metal fence, so it should be possible to get fingerprints.
Their are some beings who just are savages.
