Hundreds of people attended the Levayah of Aaron Sofer Z”L, the Yeshiva Bachur from Lakewood who was learning at HaRav Tzvi Kaplan’s yeshiva in Yerushalayim – who went missing in the Jerusalem Forest a week before the start of Elul zman.

Moderators Note: Stop with your insane comments already. They are not being approved. And rest assured, if YOU were missing for 6 days, your family would want the person you were last with to be WATERBOARDED to extract any possible detail to maybe find a clue and find you and save your life. You are a severley demented individual. Take your comments someplace else. They will not be approved here.
preliminary post mortem reports the niftar was still alive but delirious from dehydration as late as Sunday or monday
(Had the search been in the right place ,he may have been saved)
#2: Post mortem? Really? You know that such a desecration took place? You have access to the coroner’s office?
“Had the search been in the right place ,he may have been saved”. Or not. And if pigs had wings, they’d fly.
Such nevi’us and Monday morning quarterbacking are not appropriate in this time of tzara for the family.
boruch dayan haemes. may the niftar be a meilitz yosher for his dear family and klal yisroel. hamokom y’nachem eschem.
“ad shahakadosh baruch hu meir es eineihem” it wasnt ment to be that they find him earlier
What bothers me the most is why it took six days to find him, the Jerusalem forest is roughly the same size as central park, with so many volunteers, police, hatzala, zaka etc.. and they only decided to expand the search on the fifth day seems odd. And how did they split up if they were hiking together?
It’s the longest time that I wanted to tell you this.
You should stop calling yourself “Yeshiva World” just because your grandfather learned in yeshiva. You’re anything but Yeshiva trying to fool yourself and others as most of us have already observed and many even mentioned so. How old were you when you dropped out because you think like the bums on the street instead of a yeshiva talmid, and you let comments of those who malign entire Torah communities and disrespect our Gedolim pass without hindrance, while you have a problem with those who say the truth about the Zionists resha’im. You must be closely related to Gadolhadorah and some similar ones or you just prefer that slandering style. The name Yeshiva University would suit you better.
It’s you who are “severley” demented or just plain cruel for approving that this friend of Aron z”l deserved to be tortured, drugged and threatened without lawyers for 6 days to get a confession out of him and admit that he killed or harmed him. Even the parents from Aron z”l or any other parent wouldn’t be too pleased with the Zionists’ thuggish investigations. If a family or friend of yours would go through these interrogations, you’d finally understand that it’s not an exaggeration at all.
You obviously do not know how many innocent people couldn’t withstand their tortures and ended with coerced confessions only to be languishing in jail for who knows how long. You prefer to trust the evil Zionists blindly with your head in the sand. You’re probably one of those who naively believe the Zionists that Yosef Chaim Ben-David killed and burned that Arab. If so, I am sure you also believe his confession that he’s Mashiach. You can’t believe one confession and not the other.
And by the way, it is a fact that it was the NJ & NY Governors and the FBI who put pressure on the Zionists to get more police involved in the search but you’re too bigoted to let this go through.
Of course you wouldn’t put this comment in because you know the truth who you are.
Please delete my post I wrote earlier and forget about it. I shouldn’t have written it. I’m sorry.
Dear Yeshiva world
Do you pride yourself in being a professional organization or do you see yourselves as a fly by night working from a rented basement. If someone sends crazy comments simply don’t print them or mention them. Certainly do not call him names or discuss what he wrote. Even if the moderator is an outsider it reflects very badly on you.

Was told this by a respected cousin of the mother
#7 & #9
Presumably it’s okay and within bounds to call this the Bais Yaakov World
#10: So you heard it second hand, and are reporting it third hand? I wonder how distorted your report is from reality, and if it was permissible for you to post it.
everyone agrees with the sentiments expressed by Shazam
However if there was a misdirected and a sense of lackluster from “on top” as it seems..?
hmm..this was told to me by a respected (and well to do) cousin of the niftar’s mother
How come?
