Very big problem on bar ilan. The street is an extremely busy one. Leading to Northern jerusalem and maale adumim, kosel, or the kivun of ramot but there are only 2 available driving lanes usually. But the police have no ethics, that’s for sure. The unfortunate problem is that the city is ignoring the fact that people are not flocking to the light rail and still love their cars and therefor are not searching for solutions to avoid these problems.
