where do you see anywhere there that they were jewish? (the only remez is that the principal’s name was rabbi something or other, but how do you know that a rabbi can’t be a principal of a secular school?)
Why is it so important to state they were Jewish? Not relevant to the story. In fact it’s a total Chilul Hashem.
