Having exhausted all legal channels, after 13 years of living in Migron, located in the Binyamin Regional Council community of Migron in Shomron, residents of the community along with the nearby Ramat Migron outpost were removed by Israeli security forces. The court’s final date for the eviction was 17 Elul 5772.

This week, in line with the High Court ruling, the homes must be razed no later than 24 Elul 5772. The destruction of the homes has already been accomplished.
