Judging by the boxes from KRM and Moisha’s at the side of the road, this belonged to frum Yiddin.
From passers-by, it appeared to have been a van of bochurim heading to or from camp with all their belongings (hence the boxes), much of which they were able to remove before the vehicle erupted in flames. Thankfully, they all made it out.
It was a van filled with the possessions of a family returning from a month in the country. There were some husbands and sons in the van with the luggage/belongings and the driver told everyone to grab their tefillin and get out of the van after seeing sparks. Everything else was lost.
