A rare Nor’easter has hit the Tri-State area. Heavy rain has moved into southern and eastern New Jersey and New York City. This activity will persist throughout the day as the storm system pushes through the region. The National Weather Service issued an urban flood advisory for Hudson County in northeast New Jersey, the five boroughs of New York City, and Nassau County.
