There was a Siyum Ha’Shas today in Lakewood in memory of Rav Yaakov Yitzchok Hertzka ZATZAL. He was one of Hagoen Rav Aron Kotler ZATZAL’s first Talmidim in Lakewood, and a father of R’ Nosson Baruch Hertzka, R’ Yisocher Hertzka, R’ Raphael Hertzka, Mrs. Stein of Lakewood, and Mrs. Anemer of Flatbush.
