The Satmar Rav of Montreal, Rav Duvid Meisels, is a son of the Veitzener Rav, z”l, from Chicago. Rabbi Zalman Leib Meisels of Seagate, Rav Zalman Leib Meisels, is an older (half) brother to Rav Duvid of MOntreal.
Rav Zalman Leib was born in Europe. The Veiztzer lost his wife in the war and remarried in America. Rav Duvid was born in Chicago. The Veitzeners Rebbetzin o’h, subsequently married the Bigsader Rav.
