A car crashed through the wall of a home where a baby was sleeping at 128 Spruce Street at 3:00AM, Tuesday. The baby was B”H not injured, police said but the home has been deemed uninhabitable from the damage.

The driver fled the scene, and police are checking hospitals to see if an injured person has come in for treatment.

The car struck the house so hard it has compromised the structure of the home which is deemed uninhabitable at the time by the Lakewood Township Building Inspector.
