A fire has broken out on the 11th floor of a high-rise apartment building at 541 Wythe Avenue in Williamsburg. There are reports of people trapped. The FDNY has ordered a 2nd alarm be transmitted. Hatzolah & Shomrim units are on the scene.

UPDATE 4:56PM: All fire has been extinguished, and everyone was B”H safely evacuated from the building.
