It is becoming obvious that this is not just a short-lived trend. The demand for content controls and time management tools was nearly dormant. However, in the last few years it has turned into an essential service with hundreds of thousands of parents and adults deciding to install apps enabling the removal of harmful content from their own Smartphones and those of their children.
The leading app in the market, Netspark Mobile, has hit another milestone, having passed 60,000 installations in recent weeks according to Google. The app’s high rating speaks to its advantages over other apps in the market.
Netspark Mobile, which is based on the market-leading Israeli-developed technology, appeared in its new improved version at the beginning of 2015 and has since demonstrated its quality with its constantly rising customer satisfaction feedback.
In the last two months, Netspark has partnered in a unique development effort with the two leading mobile phone manufacturers in the world – Samsung and LG, which result in a more enhanced level of customer protection and consequently optimal security against the removal of safety features by unauthorized users.
Last week Netspark released another update to the Time Limits feature that allows parents to set the amount of time a child can browse on a Smartphone or Tablet, allowing the child to see the remaining time left to him for the day or week.
Dozens of educational institutions in Israel have announced that the app will become a standard requirement for every student with a smartphone beginning immediately at the start of the next academic year (2016/7).
