Someone returning from La-Guardia Airport left a hand bag with three pairs of Tefillin in a yellow cab. The taxi was a Toyota van. A substantial reward is being offered for the return of these Tefillin. The name Feldman is on the Tefillin bag. If anyone finds these Tefillin could he please call 718-208-0628
