Local Yidden in Dushanbe, Tajikstan finally have their own Shochet. Ariel Ismailov has arrived to Dushanbe from Uzbekistan to Shect animals and produce Kosher meat. The local community usally relies heavily on help from the Uzbekistan Jewish community and its Rov, Rabbi Dovid Gurevich.

This time, Rabbi Gurevich arranged for the shochet to arrive and produce kosher meat to be distributed among the community members, the shochet also brought with him some badly needed funds, which will be used to renovate the Shul building which is in desperate need of repair.
