Bloomberg contributed $143.9 million in charitable donations to 987 organizations in 2005, his office said Tuesday. Over the years, Bloomberg has increased both the dollar amount of his charitable contributions and the number of beneficiaries.In 2004, he donated $139.3 million to 843 groups. He gave $135.6 million to 653 organizations in 2003.
Bloomberg, the founder of the financial information company Bloomberg L.P., has said he plans to leave politics at the end of his second term in 2009 and dedicate himself to philanthropy full time.
Forbes magazine recently estimated Bloomberg’s fortune at $5.3 billion.

I agree, What was his Adjusted Gross Income for the year? NYC museums are not tzedaka, etc… What did he give Lakewood or NYC yeshivas?
