The kidnappers and murderers of Eliyahu Asheri were indicted on Thursday. Bassam Katia, Hamze Taktouk and Hisham Kamangji were each charged with manslaughter at the Judea Military court. Asheri was kidnapped from the Ofra hitch-hiking stand and murdered by terrorists two days after the Hamas abduction of Corporal Shalit. The kidnappers said they were forced to tie him up after he fought back against them fiercely.
