The terrorist who murdered the late Ori Ansbacher will also be charged with rape on nationalist grounds. In the past, the Ministry of Defense refused to recognize Jewish women who were sexually assaulted by Arabs as victims of hostilities, but in recent years the courts have changed that. “Involved in a car accident, investigating whether it was a terrorist attack. Why does it not happen in sexual offenses?”
