These are a delicious new discovery of mine.
1 (19.8-ounce) package brownie mix (family size)
1 cup (2 sticks) margarine, softened
2 eggs
2 tablespoons water
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
3 cups Rice Krispies, divided
Cream together brownie mix, margarine, eggs and water. On low speed, add chocolate chips and 1-1/2 cups Rice Krispies. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place remaining 1-1/2 cups Rice Krispies in a shallow dish. Shape dough into balls and roll in cereal. Place on greased cookie sheets and bake for about 12 minutes – until just barely set (will still be shiny). Cool 2 minutes on cookies sheets before removing to wire rack to finish cooling completely.
