1 cup ketchup
1 onion, diced
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (make sure you use the NO FISH kind)
1 chicken, cut in 1/8th’s
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ketchup, onion, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce in a small pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Place chicken pieces in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour sauce over and bake for about 1-1/2 to 2 hours, basting every half hour.
