This is a delicious variation on your basic chocolate chip cookie.
2 sticks margarine, softened
1-1/2 cups sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
3-1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream together margarine and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs, mixing well. Stir in dry ingredients until completely combined. Stir in white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes. Cool slightly before transferring to wire rack to finish cooling.
