Spicy Mayonnaise


This is good with the imitation crab cakes.  But it can also be served with vegetables as a dip or with a smoked salmon dish.  Use your imagination.

3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Cajun or Creole seasoning blend or ground red pepper
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional, this adds a lot of heat to the mayonnaise)

Mix all ingredients in small bowl. Cover and chill
