A side dish with a little zip!
¼ cup rice vinegar
¼ cup sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon wasabi mustard
1 (32 ounce) package frozen broccoli florets, steamed and drained
Whisk together rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce and mustard (use regular mustard if you don’t like it spicy). Add broccoli and toss to coat. Serve at room temperature.
