Chocolate Mousse


1 package graham crackers
1 package pareve chocolate bar – Rosemarie
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp water
1 ½ stick margarine
4 eggs
¾ c sugar
10 oz container dessert topping

Blend graham crackers, 4 squares of chocolate, brown sugar, vanilla extract and water.
Press ¾ mixture into 9 inch baking pan.  Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
Melt rest of chocolate with margarine.  Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.  Add chocolate mixture to egg mixture.  Pour on top and freeze.  Once frozen with up dessert topping and put on top.  Sprinkle remainder of the crumbs and freeze.
