½ cup margarine, softened
2 cups brown sugar
3 eggs
2 cups flour
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1-1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1-1/4 cups roasted cashew pieces
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together margarine and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs. Beat in flour and baking powder. On low speed, mix in white chocolate chips and cashews. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely and cut into bars. Freezes well.
