This works on the grill or on the broiler. You can spend all day Sunday out with the family and then quickly throw this together for dinner. All you need is rice and salad and you are done!
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup honey
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Whisk together sesame seeds, soy sauce, honey and ginger. Spray barbecue or broiler with non-stick cooking spray and turn to medium-high. Remove chicken from marinade and place on grill. Grill chicken – about 6 minutes per side, depending on thickness of breasts. Baste each side with remaining marinade, halfway through grilling.
