As we always do at the year-end, we see this as a time to review our milestones and progress on all levels at Jerusalem Estates, an historic project at Schneller. In the past fiscal year, we signed contracts totalling over $100 million, and just a few uber-luxurious apartments remain on the eastern wall of the project. The handover of apartments continued in Buildings 10 and 11, HaChatzotzrot and HaKinor. We congratulate our new Residents who have inaugurated their new homes, and wish them all the best in their new community, with continued happiness, joy, and peace of mind.

Construction carried on as forecasted, with the ground level frame nearly complete in Buildings 6 and 7. In Buildings 4 and 5, the frame was completed, and the plumbing and electricity are now being installed. In Buildings 8 and 9, the stone cladding on the exterior is in the final stages, while the plumbing, electricity, and elevator installations proceed on schedule.

Significant progress has been made on the complex’s amenities, which will uplift the living experience for our residents: The Livnat HaSapir Shul, the Leshem and Yashpe Gyms, the Tarshish Mikvah, the Bareket Event Hall, the Piteda Lounge, and the Odem Wine Cellar. The Bronze hospitality complex has expanded to include a new series of suites, to expand the available space for our guests, while another extension is currently underway at the Cardo Shoppes for the benefit of our residents.
