These patients are suffering from various mental illness diagnosis, (such as: dysfunction, depression, anxiety, BPD, OCD, etc.), various life-threatening addictions (such as: alcohol, drugs, etc.) and all of them are currently no longer keeping Torah and Mitzvos (commonly referred to as off the derech “OTD”).

In addition to these overwhelming challenges, each one feels intense rejection and a lack of self-worth.
