We are proud to present our 2022 year-end report, which showcases a year of progress and accomplishment. Our development, which includes thirteen buildings, skillful construction, and impeccable design, has earned a reputation as a keystone within the Yerushalmi landscape. Our on-site shul, Beis HaKnesses Livnat HaSapir, has been crafted with much detail, along with a host of resort-style amenities catering to residents’ comfort, well-being, and special life moments. The Concierge Pavilion opens to the Amphora garden’s floral pathways, which are now in full bloom, presenting a picturesque oasis. Phase one of the development has been completed and fully functional for over two years now. Buildings 10 & 11, HaChatzrotrot and HaKinor, are in the final stages of construction. The shells of Building 8 & 9, HaLulav and HaOgen, are complete, and the interiors are taking shape. Building 4 & 5, HaGefen and HaEshkol, are in development, and the concrete ceilings to parking garages of 6 & 7, HaRimon and HaEtrog, have already been poured.

Phase 1 of The Kardo Promenade was completed months ago and has already reached full occupancy. Phase 2 is estimated to be complete within the next few months.

Sales have outpaced development owing to high consumer demand, as Jews from across the world sought to secure their assets in Eretz Yisroel. Several expansive and luxurious apartments within buildings 6 & 7 are still on the market, built with customers who prefer larger residences in mind.
