Our ovens come in three sizes, and can be fired using wood, coal, or gas. All our ovens are handcrafted using high quality material with attention to detail. The oven interior is all brick, with food grade tiles lining the floor-achieving proper heat retention and even baking throughout. Our ovens are capable of reaching 2000 F, and include a built in thermometer.
