The Liska Rebbe Shlita has proposed that every Kehilah should designate כ׳ סיון as a Yom Tefilah to remember the Kedoshim of the Holocaust.
In the back of many siddurim one may find selichos for כ׳ סיון.
The Twentieth of Sivan was established in communities as a day of fasting and teshuvah to remember major tragedies of Jewish history.
According to the Liska Rebbe Shlita he recalls his father the previous Liska Rebbe ZT’L telling him “that in 1946 the Beis Din in Budapest instituted a yom tefilah and tannis where in which he participated as a zichron for the Kedoshim.”
Seen in video the Liska Rebbe Shlita discusses this concept with Yoka Rov ZT’L and yebudil l’chaim the Bobov–45 Rebbe Shlita.

does this yom tefila include praying for hillary and all those demonrats that his son so enthusiastically supports?
I thought Tisha B’av was unofficially/officially designated as that day
guess they couldnt wait for tishab;av
Agreed that Tisha B’Av is probably the most appropriate day to do this rather than burdening the tzibbur with another taanis.
Unfortunately, in England, we seem to have a Holocaust Day every couple of months – most of them, admittedly, established by virtue-signalling politicians.
