Construction is progressing full force ahead on the Jerusalem Estates project at Schneller, transforming dreams into reality. New floors are being added to the grand edifice, about to redefine the classic Jerusalem skyline. With the vision gradually taking form, Jerusalem Estates’ professional planners and designers continue laboring over the fine details and nuances transform this project into the latest wonder of the architectural world.
Until now, we’ve spotlighted the stately external specifications, distinct stone cladding, and impressive ironwork that is being installed as we write this article by field professionals, crafting a striking exterior that captures the ideal balance of magical and innovative, contemporary and timeless. In one word—Jerusalem.
From the outside, we turn inward. One of the most prominent elements distinguishing Jerusalem Estates apartments are The Windows.
Extra-large windows, designed by master architect Yehuda Feigin, extend from floor to ceiling and are one of the key design elements characterizing this project. To the observer outside, the windows are particularly eye-catching, and to the resident inside, they invite bright natural sunlight and pristine mountain air to penetrate, blending smoothly into the surrounding Yerushalayim scenery.
Jerusalem Estates windows are bordered by premium Italian aluminum frames cased in glossy wood. The high-quality aluminum facing is both acoustically- and thermally insulated to block unwanted noise, heat and cold, as required by the strictest European quality standards.
The window frames on the building façade, which are exposed to the elements, are cast in a single color in order to guarantee a uniform, aesthetic exterior. Yet on the interior, the premium wooden casing is available in a wide assortment of shades and will be selected by the customer. The wooden profile surrounding the windows fosters a warm, cozy feel in the house, like furniture that melds naturally into the design and enhances it.
Over a dozen suppliers, both from Israel and countries around the world, vied for the privilege of installing the windows for this project. Following extensive research, the Company finally settled on Starwood, an Italian company whose products are specially imported by Winex by the Kostika Group, Ltd., which is famous for importing items crafted by some of the most exclusive manufacturers around the globe.
It’s all these minor details that together form the breathtaking mosaic of Jerusalem grandeur and glory in a spectacular residential project the likes of which have never yet been seen in Jerusalem!
