With controversies all around us we can get lost through it all. But I’m here to shed a little light on one of the most crucial ones in the Foodie scene. The famous Ramen bowl has taken the Kosher world by storm, yet there are great debates on how to properly eat a bowl of Ramen. I sat down with Chef Joshua Massin of Nobo in Teaneck, NJ to get the inside scoop (pun intended) on how to get the most flavor in each slurp.
Chef Joshua Massin came in third place this year at Brisket King being the only Kosher chef who made it to the top. He showcased his Ramen Brisket. Proving that there’s no one way to make a Ramen bowl, but there’s one way to EAT a Ramen bowl…and that’s the functional way. Take a peak on how I learned how to devour the tastiest Sous Vide pastrami styled Veal neck Ramen bowl.
Come check out Nobo for your own top Ramen experience!
