Only 11 patients remain inside Long Island College Hospital.
Public advocate Bill de Blasio filed a temporary restraining order Friday after the hospital started releasing patients. Yesterday, a judge ordered SUNY to bring things back to the way they were as of 4 p.m. Friday.
All involved parties are scheduled to meet with a judge Thursday to figure out what comes next.
A hospital spokesperson says LICH has been losing more money each day. As of now, LICH is losing $15 million per month.
A rally is scheduled for tomorrow in an effort to keep the hospital open.
