Warm and humid conditions will continue this week with a chance of showers through Thursday. Rain will be widespread today with the potential for urban flooding.

Precipitation and Timing:
Showers and thunderstorms are expected today with the best chance of rain in the late morning and early afternoon. 1 to 1 ¼ inches of rain is expected through tonight, rainfall rates of 1 inch an hour are possible, but not expected to last for a full 60 minutes. There is a slight risk of severe weather today, the biggest threat with severe weather is heavy rain.

There is a slight chance of rain through Thursday.
