10:45AM: A person has just been struck by a train on Avenue J and East 16th Street. The victim is reportedly pinned underneath the train.

The NYPD’s ESU, FDNY, & EMS are all on scene and working on the victim – who is reportedly is critical condition. The power has been turned off on the Q Line.

UPDATE 11:00AM: The victim has been extricated and being transported to Kings County Hospital in critical condition.
