A New York City bus driver was arrested after police say he hurled an empty bottle at a taxi and shattered its back window.
Authorities say 42-year-old driver Frantz Vancol and the cabbie first got into an argument after cutting each other off Sunday around noon on West 34th Street in Manhattan.
Vancol is charged with criminal mischief.
The M34 bus was empty at the time of the incident.
On Saturday evening, a maintenance worker for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority was arrested and charged with burglary.
Authorities say 24-year-old Anthony Davis was carrying a toolbox when he tried to break into an East Village spa.
It wasn’t clear if the two men had been arraigned yet, or had attorneys.
